Banana, honey and quinoa smoothie

Ingredients-
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 Tbsp/ 30g quinoa flakes
- 1 Tbsp/ 20g of honey
- 1/2 Cup/ 140g plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup/ 250ml of full cream milk
- 1/2 cup/ 60g of skim milk powder
Method-
- Peel and cut bananas into pieces.
- Place banana pieces in a blender.
- Add full cream milk.
- Add skim milk powder.
- Add cinnamon.
- Add Greek yoghurt.
- Add honey.
- Add quinoa flakes.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
